Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes. This includes size changes, shipping information and promotional codes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please email  or call 1-800-423-0673.

We care about you getting your shoes as quickly as possible, so once the order is placed it is automatically passed into the fulfillment process where it may not be changed or cancelled. If you realize you have made a mistake after you've placed your order, please email us at or call 1-800-423-0673. 


You will receive an order confirmation email that is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you have not received an order confirmation, please email us at or by calling 1-800-423-0673.

We offer Free Standard Shipping in the continental U.S. Extra shipping fees will be added for Alaska and Hawaii.

Start by checking with surrounding houses or buildings to ensure that your item was not delivered to a neighbor. If you are unable to locate it, please email us at or by calling 1-800-423-0673.

Sorry, but Tamarindo currently only ships to all 50 United States and U.S. Military addresses (APO/FPO). We DO NOT ship to freight forwarders. If you enter an order to be shipped to a freight forwarder, we will unfortunately need to cancel your order.


You may return your unused product with tags attached in original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from with proof of purchase and do not accept returns for items purchased from third party retailers. We do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to exchange a product you ordered from us, you will need to return your unused product for a full refund, and then place a new order for your replacement at

If you've received a damaged or defective product for a purchase on, please let us know as soon as possible and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us to initiate your return.  We will guide you through the returns and refund process. A $7.00 flat fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed.

Be aware that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account.


Your Tamarindo product is made of genuine full grain leather, and requires basic care similar to any natural leather product.

Warranty Information

Tamarindo offers a 1 year limited warranty on all footwear to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Due to the natural leather materials and hand-sewn construction in our footwear, the product that you receive may look slightly different from the online pictures, and is not considered a defect.
